Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can create an account and start using List Processor without a credit card. You'll be asked to choose a plan when you're ready to process addresses.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher tier. Credits reset monthly on your billing date.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and it takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over. This keeps pricing simple and fair for everyone.

What's included in all plans?

All plans include access to envelope, letter, and label generation, all templates, and email support. Higher tiers simply include more monthly credits.
